Terrific show! Congratulations to all and especially too Morgan! So impressed by her work. Going virtual and sharing is amazing. Glad to be able to view while in the U.S.
Morgan your art is incredible. I love how you incorporated your love and talent in music, into your art. I always knew you would do great things and I think your art is just the beginning. Congrats on graduating and I can't wait to hear what the future hold for you.
Best Wishes,

Congratulations to the entire Visual Arts graduating class of 2020! Although I didn't have an opportunity to work with you directly, I have observed your commitment to the program and to your individual practice for the last two years. I was always admiring and cheering you on from the sidelines! Go out there and communicate your voice through your art! I'll be keeping my eyes peeled looking for your work in the art world! ART MATTERS!!! - Mr. Pantieras
I was really looking forward to going to your grad show this year but I’m so happy I was able to see everyone’s amazing work despite the circumstances of the pandemic right now. Each one of you is so talented and unique in your artworks and I’m sure you all will make even more wonderful pieces of art after you leave Canterbury. Good luck to all of you amazing artists in the future ! :)
So amazing! So talented! Much love!
Morgan Hamilton-Kirk -Your work is outstanding! You are such a talented young woman. I was particularly moved by the piece that you did about your grandmother. The fun piece for me was the visual on the keyboard. It was so powerful, I could not only see it but I could hear the music. You are already on your way but I know one day I will say, "I knew her when..." I am honoured that you shared your work with me and invited me to share in your graduation vernissage. Congratulations Morgan!
Eleanor& Anya! I love u & you are incredibly talented

As a Canterbury visual arts graduate, it was so nice to see everyone's grad show and to watch how the program has evolved over the years. Great job!
I found the student/artists descriptions of the process to creating an artwork very fascinating.
This was a joy to view! Good luck to the visual arts class of 2020 and I hope you all a bright future filled with success.

Congratulations to you all!! Wonderful to see all the interpretations, particularly under the “wearables” and ceramics project. It made my heart grow 20x to see all this beautiful work from emerging artists!
Sydney Shelp's astounding array of mixed media art made me smile throughout the whole exhibit. Her self deprecating humour was contagious. Amazing work Syd.❤
Incredible work, everyone! Well done and congratulations!
Absolutely adored it! Love seeing so many different styles, passions, and inspirations expressed all across the board. Uplifting in every sense of the word. Congrats and props to everyone for continuing to be so creative. And for Zoe specifically: proud of you! Always have been and always will be. The yarn bowl is an absolute delight.
Zoe I thoroughly enjoyed your art work & seeing the class & all the contributions to the Kettle of fish. Thank you for the invitation. great work.

Val! The Lives and Times of Bonnie and Clyde turned out so cool! I love your progression to detail and somber emotion. Such a cool concept and way to convey a story!
Bianca. Namesake is fantastic! I really want a print. From the time your first arrived in our class and sat at my table and I saw the sketchbook you literally built I knew you offered something special. Your style is always fresh and I am always excited to see whats next!
Scooter!!!! I just love your final piece. I would think if the group of seven were here today they would say that is the type of emotion they can only dream of capturing. It is so alluring. Stunning and detailed perfectly.
Maryna! I can't get enough of your work! It is so distinctive in style and keeps improving every time you make another piece! Your photography is phenomenal and I just love your artistic approach! I hope I continue to have your wonderful pieces in my gallery.

Anita. All these years I have loved hearing about your dreams. Such a perfect way to end the year. Your piece is absolutely stunning and full of pungent storyline. Well done!!!! Can't wait to see more!
Susan. You have put so much time and effort into this show and it totally paid off. Your final project is so perfect and so you. I am always blown away by your talents and admire how your work has developed and changed over the years. You are so remarkable
So amazing! So talented! Much love!
Eleanor! The detail on your final piece is GORGEOUS!!! I love your embroidery work!
Leanne. I love your bear. The use of fabric is thoughtfully sentimental and the technique you had to do for that head?! Lovely.
Sonia. You very well know how I feel about your art. Awe. Admiration. Amazement. I absolutely love your final project and how you were able to explore 3 perspectives and mini projects with in. Such an extraordinary way to look at art, mark making, and the creative process.
What an amazing and impressive collection of artwork, such talent and hard work! Listening to the vernissage and exploring the galleries I find I am moved by everyone's passion and dedication to their gift. It has been such a joy for me to watch my daughter grow and mature in her own artistic vision in such a supportive environment, and I'm sure everyone's experience has been the same. Best of luck to you all. I hope you never stop exercising and growing and enjoying your talent and craft. I have to say you are all so fortunate to have had the opportunity to be Canterbury students and to learn with such amazingly inspired and supportive teachers.
To you all and especially Kate Chacksfield: Congratulations to you! You have grown and matured so much over the last 4 years as both young adults and as artists. Be proud of yourselves and continue to work at your passions with enthusiasm and joy. Best wishes to you all and thank you for making high school so special for my daughter.
Nicely done Kate! Our favourite is "Bell box". Congratulations!
