Use your OCDSB email address (i.e. jdoe1@ocdsb.ca) and OCDSB password.
After logging in you will land on your Student Homepage⬇️
Click on the waffle at the top of your homepage
Type your course code (i.e. Eng1D) into the Search for a course box
3. Pin the course and then click on the course code (the text in blue)

To make the process EASIER, it is best to Link your Google Account to the VLE
IMPORTANT to KNOW:
When you upload a document from your Google Drive it is converted to a PDF. The original document stays in your Google Drive and any changes you make to it CAN NOT be seen by your teacher. If you make changes, you will have to upload a second copy of the document.
Click the blue title to open dropbox.
Click Add a File
Click Google Drive
Click the box for the document you want

You can see your document (file attached)
Click Submit (2 times)
Remember to check your email icon - a RED DOT means your file was submitted properly.
You will have a new email, it is your submission receipt. If you don't have one your work was not submitted properly.
Click the blue title to open dropbox.
Click Record Audio
Click New Recording
Click Stop Recording when you are finished.
You can listen to your recording
Click Add - give you work a title and click Add again.
Click Submit
Click Submit again...
Remember to check your email icon - a RED DOT means your file was submitted properly

A red dot on any of these icons indicates an alert
Emails:
From your teacher or classmates
A submission receipt after you hand in work in the Dropbox.
This is important - if you try to submit work and you are not sure if it went through properly, check your email for a submission receipt.
