Images of a Forgotten War: The National Film Board of Canada has curated a collection of over 120 pieces of archival film footage shot during the First World War. Many of the films are accompanied by teaching materials.
War Diaries of the First World War: This searchable database is built from the War Diaries of the Canadian Expeditionary Force units. The diaries are not personal, they are daily accounts of each unit's “Actions in the Field.”
