Need to Reserve Space in the Library?

Booking the Library Main Area (9 CBs), Library Mini-Lab (16 CBs/desktops), or the "COW" (24 CBs), can be done using Google Calendar. If GHS staff do not have access to these calendars, please email Kim Leemhuis.

How to reserve the Library Main Area or Mini-Lab for your class:

• Click on the +Google Calendar icon in the bottom right-hand corner

• Click on the bar to the left of the box for the date/period/space you want

• Click on the "Preview" button

• Click (again) on the date/period you want--you can move ahead through the weeks using the arrows at the top. If the time period you want isn't visible, it means the resource is already booked

• Your name will load automatically; click the "Book" button to confirm your reservation

*Please note the COW (computers on wheels)  is for classrooms on the second floor of the H-wing, and is to be returned to the library for charging at the end of the period.
