Benefits of COOP
Provides an alternative pathway towards graduation for students who may not be as comfortable in a traditional classroom setting.
Help students become more interested into their own education through experiential learning
Helps our students apply their learning skills and work habits (responsibility, organization, independent work, collaboration, initiate and self-regulation) outside of the classroom.
Allows student success by giving them the hands on experience they don’t necessarily get in the classroom.
Gives students a feeling of accomplishment and the beginning of what real world work and life might look like for them. It also allows them to try a new experience that might not be available to them otherwise.
