Special room rates are available at the The Hotel at Oberlin for conference participants until all rooms in the room block are filled. The hotel is within a short walking distance of the conference venues and downtown. You can check out the hotel amenities and various room types available by visiting the website of the hotel.

In order to secure the special group rate ($210/night + taxes/fees), please directly call the hotel reservation line at +1-440-775-7001 and mention the group ID 68832. The hotel staff will be happy to assist with your booking. This rate cannot be booked online.

Please note that this special rate is only available for the nights of June 18, 19 and 20th for up to three nights. 

We are excited to offer discounted housing opportunity for participants at Woodland Hall - an apartment style dorm in the Oberlin College campus within walking distance of all conference venues. The is the newest dorm on campus with all modern facilities. Each apartment has four single rooms - each with one single bed for one person. The apartment also has a common bathroom, shower, and kitchenette for the four rooms/occupants. Please review the photo gallery by visiting the link above to get a clear idea about this lodging option.

You can pre-book your room using this form. After you register for the conference, another form with a payment link will be sent to you. The payment must be made by May 31, 2026 to finalize the booking. Once the payment is made and the booking is finalized, there will be no further opportunities for cancellation or refund.

The per room/person rate is $60 per night for all participants except students. To make the conference as accessible as possible, we have negotiated a discounted rate for student participants at $40 per night per room/person. The rate includes one set of linens/towels for each room/person for the entire stay. No housekeeping will be available during the stay, but volunteers will be available to assist with any needs. All rates are inclusive of all taxes and fees.
