Schedule

The Commencement/Reunion Weekend (CRW) planning group has scheduled rehearsals at times and venues so that performers will be able to take part in their reunions and other CRW events.

Please refer to the Conservatory Covid-19 protocols which apply to all rehearsals and performances. Participants should provide their own masks.

Thurs., Jun. 2, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. - Optional piano sing/work-through for singers. Conservatory C25

Fri., Jun. 3, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Optional Rehearsal, Orchestra and Chorus, for musicians who have already arrived on campus. Conservatory C25

Sat., Jun. 4, 9:00 - 10:00 am - Orchestra Rehearsal with Soloists, First Church, 106 N Main St.

Sat., Jun 4, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. - Choral Rehearsal, Conservatory C25

Sun., Jun 5, 12:30 p.m. - Warm-up for all performers, First Church, 106 N. Main St.

Sun., Jun 5 - 1:30 p.m. - Performance, First Church, 106 N. Main St.

Performance Attire

Performers are asked to dress entirely in black.

Rehearsal/Performance Locations

Conservatory C25 (Central 25): Enter the Conservatory from Professor St., use the doors to the right of the coy pond which lead to the Conservatory Lounge. Wrap around the hall to the right to come to C25, the orchestra room. Map below:

First Church Meeting House: 106 N. Main St., Oberlin OH

Enter from the doors on the northwest side of the building (off the driveway behind the church). Once inside, turn right and follow the long hallway to the Meeting House.
