EXHIBIT HALL TABLES
A 6 foot table will be provided for a standard 8x8 booth
Table with skirted linens
Two chairs per table
Guest wifi & access to one electrical outlet
Two lunches per table per day; additional lunches can be purchased
Onsite security in the evening
Access to storage room (limited space)
Company logo will be incorporated as much as possible in promotional materials
Opportunity to donate a door prize to be drawn on either of the two days of the conference
Opportunities to sponsor conference items and events (see below)
Our exhibitors are required to maintain a fully operational exhibit until the closing time each day of the exhibit hall.
Setup begins Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 12 p.m.
At the end of the conference, all displays must be dismantled, with materials to be disposed of on May 9th at 8:00 p.m.

Cancellation:
Cancellation notification must be sent, in writing, to the exhibits and sponsors co-chairs. Refunds of the total amount paid, less an administrative fee of $100 per booth, will be issued for cancellations received by April 8, 2025.
