World Book Day

Thank you all for making our World Book Day such a success, whether it was helping your child to dress up as a book character, or coming into school in the afternoon. 

Reading is a crucial part of everyone's lives - especially our young people. 

Your children have come home with a Book Token and an Oaks Bookmark. 

The book token can be exchanged at any participating book shop. The list of books you can exchange the token for is here.  We would hate to see any token not used so if you cannot make it to a book shop, please let Mrs Mehigan know so we can ensure every child can receive a book.
