How do I join the PTO?

Fill out an application and pay the annual $15.00 fee per family. You will receive the PTO Directory as part of your membership through the Membership Toolkit website and app. https://heightspto.membershiptoolkit.com/



How do I get involved?

Attend a PTO meeting- we're always looking for help.  If you can't make it to the meetings, contact committee chairs to find out how you can help.  We need you!


When are the PTO meetings?

The PTO meets 8 times a year, generally the first 1st Tuesday of each month. Meetings start at 7:00 p.m September - May (exception of December). Each meeting lasts for approximately 1 hour.  Meeting location (virtual or in-person) will be posted through the weekly NewsFlash.  Only PTO members have access to online meeting codes. 


When is a NewsFlash article due in?

All NewsFlash publications approved by the Oakland Board of Education or Ms. Robyn Greenwald must be submitted to HeightsPTO@oaklandschoolsnj.org by 5:00 Sunday evenings to be placed in the following Tuesday's NewsFlash. If not received by Sunday evening, your entry is subject to wait until the following week's NewsFlash release.
