I had to use makeup and hair styling to create a themed mannequin.
My inspiration was the joker on a deck of cards. I used playing cards hold the hair in place along with a pom pom which resembled the top of a joker's hat. The makeup was meant to resemble a harlequin .

I have done many haircuts of various styles.
This is an example of a 45 degree haircut that I did on my mannequin. It was graded by a professional cosmetologist following this rubric. This was the assessment of my skill.

With a partner, we designed a salon. We had to consider many aspects of our business including who would be our clientele, who would be our competition, what startup costs would we need, what would be the layout of our salon, what would be our theme, what would our logo look like, staffing issues and many other things that we had to consider.
