Logging onto the Network and Your Device
New employees will be issued a network login (firstname.lastname@clarencevilleschools.org) and temporary password (Password1). When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Please change your password immediately, then enroll in Self-Service Password Manager.
You will use your Network login to access Google Workspace, which includes your Google Drive and Gmail, as well as your school-issued device, MISTAR, Employee Online, and Google Classroom.Â
Duo Mobile
Duo is a two-factor authentication which adds a second layer of security to your network account. Verifying your identity prevents anyone else from logging into your account, protecting you and Oakland Schools data from security vulnerabilities.
All staff must enroll in this service to access their accounts on a daily basis. Tommy will support you with setting this up if needed!
