Campus Partner Requests

We ask that reservation requests from our campus partners be completed by graduate- or professional-level staff members, please.

If you would like to make a reservation, please use our reservation portal, Coursedog, and follow the steps below:

• Sign in with your normal netID and password

• On the right side of the screen, choose "request an event"

• On the drop-down window that appears, choose "University Housing Meetings and Events"

• Fill out the form (there are instructions next to each piece of information it asks for). You will need the following pieces of information:

  • Your first and last name

  • Your oakland.edu email address

  • The name of the event

  • The date and time of your event

  • The location you are looking to reserve

  • A short description of your event

• Click "Submit Event Request" once you have completed the form.

The form will then be routed to the Enrollment team, who will review the request.

Once approved, you will get an email with a link to your "event page" in Coursedog. From there, you can add your new event to your Google Calendar, or download a PDF summary of the information you provided.

If you try to log in and you don't have access to Coursedog, you can fill out the Coursedog access request form, which can be found on Oakland University's UTS Forms Menu.

If you have any questions about this process, please send an email to uhreservations@oakland.edu.
