Foley's Survey

One thing that Foley did really well was conducting and including the results of her survey. Making these results viewable in many formats also adds to the interactivity of the site.

Points that really stood out to me:

Having this form of primary source makes Foley more credible as a speaker. These results also explain how many people are truly affected by racism and police brutality. A more in depth description of these results could be beneficial in developing her point. For example, having participants explain why they disagree with the "Defund the Police" movement could provide more perspective on the issue.

While I'm not sure if there is alternative solution besides defunding the police, I think that education could play a major part in getting people to listen to Black voices. Whether this be in school, in the home, or online, I think people need to become more aware of these issues.
