Zeiss Axioimager 2 Widefield Fluorescence Microscope + Apotome 2 Structured Illumination

Intermediate level widefield fluorescence scope allows for brightfield/fluorescence aquisition, as well as optical sections and z stacks with the Apotome 2. Upright stand, and motorized XY stage. Objectives include: 10x air, 20x air, 40x air, 63x/1.4 oil, 100x/1.3 oil objectives. Filter sets for: blue, green, yellow, red, and far-red fluorophores. Zen Blue software.

ZEISS LSM 900 + AIRYSCAN 2 SUPER-RESOLUTION MICROSCOPE

High-end Airyscan technology allows LSCM imaging at resolutions beyond the diffraction limit with enhanced signal-to-noise ratio and moderate frame rates. Equipped with 10x/0.3, 20x/0.8, 40x/0.95, 63x/1.4 oil, and 100x/1.4 oil objectives, DIC optics, and filter sets for blue, green, red, and far-red fluorophores. 405, 488, 561, 640 nm diode laser lines. Zen Blue software.
