About the Game:
Shoot & Steal is a fast-paced game that tests your speed, teamwork, and strategy. The goal is to score as many points as possible by shooting balls into your team’s goal within the time limit.
Game Rules:
・Each match lasts 2 minutes.
・Each match is played with half of the team’s members
・There are 5 balls used in each match.
・At the start, 5 balls are placed in the center of the court.
・Players from both teams line up at the edge of the court. When the whistle blows, everyone runs toward the center to grab the balls.
・Once you have a ball, run toward your team’s goal and shoot to score.
・You may run while holding the ball, or you can dribble or pass if you like. Try to score without letting the other team steal the ball.
・You can shoot from anywhere inside the court.
・If you couldn’t get a ball at the start, you can try to steal the ball from players who have one or defend your goal to prevent the other team from scoring.
・Be careful — do not touch other players. You may only touch the ball. No body contact or rough play is allowed.
・Each time you shoot the ball into your team’s goal, you earn 1 point.
・Even after scoring, the game continues. You can take the ball again and go for another goal.
・Keep playing and scoring as many points as possible within the 2-minute time limit.
②Obstacle Course – Competition Rules
A race involving all four teams
This is an obstacle race where four teams compete for speed while clearing a series of four obstacles placed along the course.
Each race will have one runner from each of the four teams, so four people run at a time.
We’ll repeat the race until everyone has had a turn.
If there aren’t enough participants, some runners may run twice.
All races will take place on the grass field.
Each race will be scored as follows:
1st place – 4 points, 2nd place – 3 points, 3rd place – 2 points, 4th place – 1 point.
When it’s your turn, please stand at the starting line and wait for the whistle.
At the whistle, run as fast as you can, clearing each of the four obstacles in order, and head to the finish line.
The details of the obstacles will be announced on the day of the event.
As soon as the first runner finishes, the next runner should already be ready at the starting line.
The second race will start immediately after the whistle, and this will continue until all participants have finished.
After you cross the finish line, please line up in order of your result — 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place — and wait at the goal area.
Your ranking will determine the points your team earns, so do your best to finish as high as possible!
③Team Tug Challenge – Competition Rules
This is a tug-of-war competition where two teams face each other and pull the rope.
The winner is decided by strength and teamwork.
Tournament Format:
Round 1: Two teams decided by drawing lots
Round 2: Two teams decided by drawing lots
Round 3: A match between the losing teams to decide 3rd and 4th place
Round 4: A match between the winning teams to decide 1st and 2nd place
Points will be awarded as follows:
1st place – 4 points
2nd place – 3 points
3rd place – 2 points
4th place – 1 point
Rules:
Each match lasts 3 minutes, and two teams compete at a time. All members of each team must participate.
When the whistle blows, both teams pull the rope as hard as they can. After three minutes, the whistle will blow again to signal the end of the round.
The winner is determined by the position of the marker line in the middle of the rope. The team that has pulled the line toward their side by the end of the round is the winner.
Work together with your teammates and use your strength wisely to pull the rope and win the match.
④Big Pants Relay – Competition Rules
This is a relay race where two players from each team wear an oversized pair of pants together and run as a pair. Each team takes turns running until all pairs have completed the course.
This is a combined event with four teams. In each race, two players from each team participate, so a total of eight runners run at the same time. The race will continue until all pairs from every team have run.
The event will take place on the asphalt area. Points will be awarded as follows: 1st place – 4 points, 2nd place – 3 points, 3rd place – 2 points, 4th place – 1 point.
Rules:
The first pair from each team lines up at the starting line. When the whistle blows, all eight runners start together. Each pair runs to a cone at the end of the course, goes around it, and returns to the starting line, where they switch with the next pair from their team.
This relay continues until all pairs have completed their run.
If a team does not have enough participants, the same person may run twice.
Each team has two pairs of pants, so while one pair is running, the next pair should be ready at the start line. The last pair, also called the anchor pair, should wear the team color sash to identify them.
The finishing order of the last pair determines the overall team ranking from 1st to 4th place.
Important: The pants are fragile, so please handle them gently.
⑤Big Ball Pass – Competition Rules
This is a relay race where the entire team works together to move a large ball to the goal. Two teams compete at a time, and the goal is to see which team can reach the finish line first.
Tournament Format:
Round 1: Two teams decided by drawing lots
Round 2: Two teams decided by drawing lots
Round 3: A match between the losing teams to decide 3rd and 4th place
Round 4: A match between the winning teams to decide 1st and 2nd place
Points will be awarded as follows: 1st place – 4 points, 2nd place – 3 points, 3rd place – 2 points, 4th place – 1 point.
Rules:
All team members line up in two vertical rows. When the whistle blows, the team starts passing the big ball backward.
The ball must be passed over the head to the person behind. After passing the ball, move toward the direction the ball is traveling, go to the end of your row, and receive the ball again to pass it backward.
Repeat this process while cooperating as a team to move the ball all the way to the goal.
The ball must always pass over the head. Do not throw it high or toss it. If the ball falls, resume from the spot where it fell.
Work together and keep the ball moving steadily to reach the finish line as quickly as possible.
⑤Team Relay – Competition Rules
This is a relay race where five representatives from each team run while passing a sash (tasuki) to the next runner.
The event will take place around half of the venue course. Points will be awarded as follows: 1st place – 4 points, 2nd place – 3 points, 3rd place – 2 points, 4th place – 1 point.
Rules:
When the whistle blows, the first runner from each team starts running toward the second runner, who is waiting to receive the sash.
After receiving the sash, the second runner runs to the third runner, and this continues until the fifth runner runs toward the finish line.
The race ends when the fifth runner crosses the finish line, and the order in which the teams finish determines the points.
