How do OGSD teachers enroll in the OGSD Induction Program?
All eligible teachers are given the option to enroll in the OGSD Induction Program during their intake meeting with HR. Once enrolled, participating teachers will be assigned a mentor within the first 30 days of their enrollment in the program. Mentors will be matched with teachers according to credentials held, grade level, and/or subject area as appropriate. When possible, mentors are located at the participating teacher's site.
