PPTA grant to attend subject association conferences

Members of PPTA will be able to apply for a grant of up to $700 per year to attend a subject association conference or workshop. PPTA anticipate being able to provide 5000 teachers with this grant per year. It must be applied for after the event, using the form on the PPTA website.

It is now possible to pre-apply for this funding.

Early bird conference fee (until 8 July 2022): $350 (NZAMT members)

$400 (non members)

Regular conference fee (after 8 July 2022): $400 (NZAMT members)

$450 (non members)

Please be aware that if you are a workshop presenter you register and pay the full conference fee.

If you have been gifted a scholarship, you also register for the full fee - the scholarship is paid upon receipt of an invoice,

Conference Dinner

The Devon Hotel - Wed 12th October 2022

$75 per person

This year, the conference dinner will be optional, although we would love as many people to attend as possible.

This is where we announce and present the NZAMT Jim Campbell awards for Teaching Excellence.

Pre-dinner drinks start at 6pm with the sit down dinner starting at 7pm.

A band will play from approximately 8.30pm until late.

Partners are more than welcome to attend.

This great Taranaki band will be playing after dinner.
