This structured programme develops core CRM system administration capability through guided, hands-on learning. Ideal for individuals starting in CRM roles or organisations building internal capability.
4 ONLINE INTERACTIVE SESSIONS
Each online session is 2 hours long [total of 8hrs delivery time]
This programme equates to approx. 2hrs face-to-face learning time per week, not including self-directed activities, and additional one-on-one support provided between sessions.
Online sessions are live and local, delivered by a qualified facilitator that is Salesforce Certified and based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Access to NZALI's CRM Online Learning Platform.
Upon the successful completion of all 4 workshops, you will earn an NZQA-approved Micro-Credential, and receive an NZALI-endorsed and verified Micro-Credential Digital Badge.
In order to participate in this micro-credential, individuals need to be:
A New Zealand Resident / Citizen, or an Australian Resident / Citizen*
18 years or older**
Able to confidently use Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
*If you are not a New Zealand or Australian Resident/Citizen, you must have an IELTS General score of 5.5 overall, or equivalent, with no band less than 5.
**We may ask for a copy of your ID.

This micro-credential is a step-up from the Cloud CRM Configuration (level 4), and builds CRM capability by upskilling participants to design, build, and deploy CRM solutions using modern platform tools, strengthening their ability to manage end-to-end CRM application development (app development) and support effective system use across the business.

Building and automating applications within a CRM platform.
Managing the deployment of solutions through the application development platform.

Have been employed in a workplace for at least one year, and uses software as part of their role responsibility.
*If you are not a New Zealand or Australian Resident/Citizen, you must have an IELTS General score of 5.5 overall, or equivalent, with no band less than 5.

This micro-credential builds on CRM App Builder (Level 5), developing participants’ ability to understand business needs, capture requirements, and support the development of CRM solutions that improve business outcomes.
Participants will develop practical skills in business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and the software development lifecycle, acting as a link between business and technical teams within a modern CRM environment.
Understand the key activities involved before, during and after a CRM project.
Collaborate with users, project teams and stakeholders to support business objectives.
Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by clarifying needs and requirements.
Support CRM testing and release cycles to help ensure solutions meet requirements and improve business processes.
In order to participate in this micro-credential, individuals need to:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Have completed a Level 5 micro-credential in designing, building, and deploying custom solutions using the modern capabilities of CRM software/or equivalent skills and experience.
Have been employed in a workplace for at least one year, and uses software as part of their role responsibility.
Note 1: In addition, international students must have an IELTS General score of 6 overall, or equivalent, with no band less than 5.5.
Note 2: If admission criteria are not met, discretionary entry may be granted by the Academic Programme Committee.

This micro-credential develops practical software development skills using a modern CRM platform. Participants will learn how to build custom solutions, apply business logic, and create user interfaces while taking a solution through key stages of the software development lifecycle.
Plan and design CRM solutions based on business needs and objectives.
Develop, test and debug CRM software to ensure it meets requirements and performs effectively.
Deploy, maintain and optimise CRM solutions for ongoing use.
In order to participate in this micro-credential, individuals need to:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Have completed a Level 5 micro-credential in designing, building, and deploying custom solutions using the modern capabilities of CRM software/or equivalent skills and experience.
Have been employed in a workplace for at least one year and uses software as part of their role responsibility.
