Employees may complete the workshops in any order.
However, the programme has been intentionally designed as a progressive learning pathway from Workshop 1 through to Workshop 4. For team members who are new to Salesforce or early in their learning journey, it is recommended that they begin with Workshop 1 to ensure they build foundational knowledge before progressing to more advanced content.
A digital badge is an online credential that represents the skills and knowledge a participant has successfully achieved. It contains verified information including the programme name, learning outcomes, and issuing organisation.
Upon successful completion of the full Micro-Credential (all four workshops and associated requirements), participants are awarded an NZALI-endorsed digital badge. This is issued via email and can be downloaded and shared across professional platforms, including LinkedIn, CVs, email signatures, and internal or external professional networks.
In addition, upon completion of individual standalone workshops (Workshops 1–4), participants receive a personalised completion badge featuring their name and completion date, which may also be downloaded and shared.
To achieve the Micro-Credential, participants must complete all four workshops within a six-month timeframe.
If an organisation is enrolling staff specifically for the Micro-Credential pathway, registration can be completed via the Micro-Credential Application Form.
Participation requires access to a laptop or desktop computer.
A smartphone alone is not suitable, as the workshops include interactive activities delivered via live Zoom sessions. A tablet with a keyboard may be used as an alternative if it supports full participation in the required activities.
Workshop sessions are not recorded or made available after delivery. Attendance at the live session is required.
This is due to the interactive nature of the workshops, which are facilitated in real time by an NZ-based Salesforce Admin Certified trainer who provides direct support, guidance, and feedback during activities.
At present, workshops are delivered on Saturdays between 11am–1pm. Weekday delivery is not currently available, however this may be considered in future scheduling based on demand.
