In times of stress and uncertainty, our bodies often slip into patterns of fear-fight-flight-freeze, or faint. These automatic reactions can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
This four-part workshop series invites you to gently transform fear into presence, through reflection, movement, and self-awareness practices.
Drawing on the work of Katie Hendricks, and supported by insights from psychology and behavioural science, you’ll learn how to recognise fear responses in your body and use simple, embodied tools called Fear Melters® to restore calm, spaciousness, and vitality in your mind and body.
Through guided meditation, journaling, group sharing, and energising movement, you’ll create space to reconnect with yourself and cultivate lasting inner peace.

Team Workshop Focus Area: Unleashing Potential Through Responsibility, Curiosity, and Collaboration | 1 day, or spread across 3 days
Workshop Approach: Your coach will guide / facilitate the workshop using tools to eliminate drama, increase curiosity, and embrace responsibility. Your team will be challenged to explore areas of trust and fear, and cultivate a mindset to shift the patterns towards integrity, purpose, and clarity. You’ll engage in a variety of exercises as a group, break out groups, and individually.
