Who is professional supervision for?
This is for team leaders, managers, and supervisors who want a space to reflect on how they lead.
Do I need to be experiencing a problem to start?
Not at all. Sessions can support you to think more clearly, strengthen your leadership practice, and stay intentional.
What if I bring something I’m unsure how to articulate?
That’s part of the process. Sessions are a space to think out loud, make sense of complexity, and work through what’s often not yet fully clear.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Yes. Our sessions are a confidential, reflective space focused on your leadership practice.
What kind of challenges can I bring?
Anything related to your leadership context, this could be: team dynamics, decision-making, communication, conflict, maintaining your own wellbeing under pressure - just to name a few.
We meet one-on-one (1:1), online via a video meeting platform.
Sessions are held by a qualified leadership coach, creating a focused and confidential space for reflection.
Sessions take place monthly, with each session lasting 60 minutes.
Your commitment = 1 hour per month
A four-session package is recommended, with one session per month over four months.
This allows space to reflect, apply new insights, and build sustainable shifts in how you lead.
Between sessions you’ll receive a guided reflective task to support deeper awareness and help integrate insights into your day-to-day leadership practice.
$150 +GST per session (NZD)

How will conflict and communication be addressed?
We’ll explore these through practical leadership tools that build clarity, candour, and constructive conversations.
Can these sessions help me to understand my own patterns as a leader?
Absolutely. You’ll increase self-awareness by noticing recurring patterns, triggers, and habitual ways of leading.
How does it support emotional and physiological awareness?
We use emotional cues and bodily responses as valuable data, which can strengthen your ability to read situations, regulate responses, and lead with clarity under pressure.
Will it help me shift from reactive to intentional leadership?
Yes. Sessions focus on identifying opportunities to move toward intentional, above-the-line leadership, rather than reacting in the moment.
Will we develop actionable strategies for my team?
