NYU Tandon CONSULTING CLUB

The NYU Tandon Consulting Club is an exciting club for NYU Tandon undergraduates and graduate students. This club is for “doers” who want to work in the high-paying and rewarding field of consulting to enact real change at some of the world's top companies! 

Consultants are called upon to solve the most pressing problems within organizations. From strategy to supply chain to IT to data and much more - consultants work in just about every industry. Consultants have historically been hired from elite MBA programs, but as the capabilities of consulting firms have expanded, so too has their need for a diversified workforce. As a result, top consulting firms are hiring more non-MBA students than ever before and the NYU Tandon Consulting Club was created to take full advantage of this trend.

Consultants come from many different backgrounds including: Industrial Engineering, Management of Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, Design, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Cybersecurity, Business and more. 

1. Year long program that begins in the Fall (Students beginning in the Spring will be able to join at that time) 

2. One formal session per month, led by actual consultants + informal sessions among students to practice case interview skills

3. Two Faculty Advisors who have worked at elite consulting firms to answer your questions and serve as mentor you

4. A networking event at end of each semester with club members, professors, NYU alumni and consulting firms
