As a Junior pursuing a degree in Biomolecular Sciences with a minor in Computer Science at New York University, Tandon School of Engineering, I have found my academic journey to be deeply fulfilling. Since joining the Global Leaders and Scholars in STEM third cohort in the Fall of 2022, I have been immersed in a community that fosters innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. My decision to study Biomolecular Sciences stems from a genuine passion for biology's intricacies and remarkable perfection. This passion has driven me to explore the extensive realms of research and engineering, seeking ways to harness and integrate biological mechanisms into the field of mechatronics. I am captivated by the potential of merging the precision and elegance of biology with cutting-edge engineering technologies to develop novel and efficient solutions. By pursuing this interdisciplinary path, I hope to contribute to advancements in mechatronics that have the potential to revolutionize various industries and improve the quality of life for individuals worldwide.
