I grew up in Africa and recently moved to the US to pursue my higher education. I’m currently studying Biomolecular Sciences at New York University in the hopes of doing a master's in Biomedical Engineering. With the fusion of a scientific core with a philanthropic heart, I found it to be a purposeful and versatile vocation.
How has the GLASS program impacted you?
I believe the GLASS program has given me many opportunities to broaden my perspective and has opened me to various professional fields.
What were the major benefits?
The financial benefits are undeniable, but the support we get in achieving our academic and professional ambitions is the most valuable to me. Along with that, we are provided with a solid support system.
What did you enjoy most?
Although there are many great experiences I have had to enjoy, so far the SPARK competition and my semester in South Korea have been the most enriching.
