Participation

You can participate in the preconference either with a presentation/contribution OR without presenting anything. Since the preconference aims to have a vibe of a participatory workshop, we would still like your participation in the discussions and networking opportunities.

Registration

Registration is now closed. We thank everyone for their interest.

 There will be a small registration fee (30 Euros) and it will include coffee breaks and lunch. For those coming from disadvantaged backgrounds, we can discuss/waive the registration fee. For this, please directly contact us.

One the registration is completed on the link above, we will contact you with the payment information. Only after the payment is received, your registration will be complete.

Whether you want to present or not, please complete the registration as soon as possible because the registration will be based on a first come first serve basis as we have limited capacity.
