Please review the Residential Life Handbook and the University Student Conduct Policy. OP Scholars adhere to additional policy guidelines, including nightly curfews and room checks. Summer Peer Leaders conduct room checks every night to ensure that the OP enforced curfew is followed by all scholars.
Curfew | OP Students must be in their own residence rooms by:
11:00 PM from Sundays - Thursdays
12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays
Students are permitted to adhere by the 12 AM curfew time on July 2nd.
Travel Home
Should you need to travel home on a weekend during the summer program, you will need to submit the travel home request form. Students who leave campus without an accepted request will be subject to room check policy violation processes.

NYU Eats at Downstein: Beginning June 28th
Hot and cold halal and kosher meals will be available upon request
Students may ask the cashier for a manager for assistance
Kimmel Marketplace: Beginning July 6th
At the halal station next to the pizza station, hot halal meals will be available
Students should ask a cashier for a manager if they would like to request a hot kosher meal
Cold grab-and-go halal and kosher menu items are available from the reach-in refrigerators
