Career Coaching

Career Coaching at Silver aims to empower you to take action and make decisions towards your career goals by meeting you where you are and assessing what is needed to confidently achieve those goals. Coaching is an opportunity to receive individualized support, strengthen alignment with your goals, and develop skills that will benefit you throughout your purposeful career. 

You can schedule a 30-minute Silver Career Coaching session to work with a member of our team on areas including, but not limited to:

• Building self-awareness and confidence in your social work identity by identifying your unique skills, values, interests, and strengths

• Exploring career pathways in the social work profession

• Clarifying career goals and designing a step-by-step plan to achieve them

• Developing essential skills such as crafting a compelling narrative, building connections, and job searching
