To sign up for practice rooms, log in to your NYU account and go to Google Calendar.

• click on Create an Event

• put your full name in the event title

• select the date and time you want to book

• maximum booking slot is 1.5 hours (or up to 2 hours for instrumental majors in the practice rooms and composition majors in the B2 studio). If no one is scheduled to use the room after your slot, you may stay longer until someone else arrive.

• click on rooms and type in NYU Prague-Osadní and select the practice room you want to use
  If you want to book Pojar keyboard room, type in NYU Prague-BB-Pojar

• If the room does not appear in the list it means it is not available at the time

• To check the availability of the individual rooms, you can check their respective calendars:

  • NYU Prague-Osadní-Practice Room 1

  • NYU Prague-Osadní-Practice Room 2

  • NYU Prague-Osadní-B2 Studio

  • NYU Prague-Osadní-Basement Studio

  • NYU Prague-RD-Hrabal

  • NYU Prague-BB-Pojar
