Fun opportunity to show off what you were working on during the semester
We invite students, faculty, staff and friends from outsite the NYU community if the situation allows
5 minutes per performer, ensembles may have longer upon request
Dress rehearsal before each concert - schedule will be shared with you a few days before the concert
They are your concerts, so your involvement in all aspects of the planning process is very welcome and appreciated! (Promotion, decoration, logistics)
Invite your friends and get them excited
The concerts will be recorded and recordings shared with you after (editing takes time, so please be patient)

Rehearsal: April 22, 6-8pm
Venue: Týn church
Participants: Vocal ensembles
Choir performance of prof. Marek Valášek's course and other Prague choirs
Performing: oratorio - Handel's Messiah
Date: April 24, 6pm
Venue: Havel, RD
Dress rehearsal: 4:00-5:30pm, April 24 in RD
Participants: Students taking private lessons (vocal, instrumental, composition) and vocal coaching at NYU Prague, chamber ensembles, anyone else if time permits. Some students may be required to participate - check your private lesson/chamber ensemble syllabus or ask your instructor.
Up to 10 minutes per performance (ensembles may have a little longer pending approval)
Followed by a Photo exhibition at 7:30pm
Will be recorded and filmed
Date: April 25, 5:30pm
Dress rehearsal: 1:00-5:00pm, April 25 in the synagogue
Venue: Synagogue at Palmovka
EAC students present/perform their final projects
Followed by oratorio Joseph (composed by your professor Matouš Hejl)
Date: April 28, 7pm
Venue: Altenburg 1964
Dress rehearsal: 4:40-6:30pm, April 28 in Altenburg
Participants: Jazzish ensembles + soloists or other groups (depending on time)
5 minutes per performance, jazzish ensemble will perform multiple pieces
