NETGCOOP 2018

Call for Papers

NETGCOOP 2018 (www.netgcoop.org) welcomes original papers related to many network application domains, such as mobile and fixed access networks, computer networks, social networks, transportation networks, and more recently electricity grids and biological networks. Both conceptual and algorithmic tools are needed for efficient and robust control operation, for performance optimization, and for better understanding of relationships between entities which may be cooperative or act selfishly, in uncertain and possibly adversarial environments. We encourage both theoretical contributions and submissions relating to real world empirical measurements, experimental studies. The areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

● Optimization and control theoretical tools in networking

● Differential games and mean field games over networks

● Algorithmic game theoretic models in networks

● Learning mechanisms in networks

● Incentives for network cooperation

● Static and dynamic network pricing

● Auctions, bargaining, and contract design in networks

● Optimization of Internet, wireless networks, power networks, and urban networks

● Economics of cloud computing, fog computing, and edge computing

● Performance and economics of Software-Defined Networks

● Preference elicitation and winner determination in combinatorial auctions

● Trust and reputation management in networks

● Games for competition, advertisement or influence over social networks

● Network formation games
