You can apply the zooming in and zooming out 'frame' to the analysis of samples during screenings.
Does the sample the child provided make sense?
Does it hold together well - does it flow?
What patterns of production (phonology, syntax, morphology, semantic, etc) do you observe that make you curious?
How do these patterns provide evidence of language/ modality/ mode interactions/ integration? Look at your phonemic inventories.
