DEJING "ELOISE" WANG
Dejing is a freshman at NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Previously, she has been in many school productions, including Macbeth, The Addams Family, and She Kills Monsters. Eloise enjoyed working with the team of Gaggle at this special time when Asian voices need to be heard more than ever. She would love to thank the entire cast and the creators for their hard work and her parents for their unconditional support.
NI DAI
Ni is a novelist, screenwriter, poet, director and the co-founder of "sefinity" media studio, now live in New York. He is new to theatre performance, but had some performance experience before, such as starring in short web series and music videos. He has great curiosity and enthusiasm for theater performances, and enjoys the process of rehearsing with the entire gaggle team. As a third culture kid who was born in France and grew up in China, he had a strong resonance with some topics in this play which made him join the team. He would like to thank Xiaojin, Sara and Emily for providing him with this valuable learning opportunity and paying tribute to the wonderful performances of all the actors.
RAI ARSA ARTHA
Rai is a theatre artist and educator from Rockland County, NY and he is incredibly grateful to join the cast of Gaggle 雁 鸣. He holds a BS in Educational Theatre from NYU Steinhardt, where he performed in the documentary play Of a Certain Age with the Verbatim Performance Lab. As his undergraduate senior project, Rai composed the score for Margaret: A New Musical, which had its workshop premiere at the Orbach Theatre off-Broadway. Rai is currently the theatrical director at Ramapo High School in Spring Valley, NY and a teaching artist with organizations including NJPAC, BergenPAC, and Rockland Theatre Co. He hopes to pursue graduate study in the near future and earn his K-12 teaching certificate in Theatre Arts. Special thanks to his closest friends, family, and beloved puppy dogs Yoshi and Chia.
SOLANGE RIZON
Solange Rizon (they/she) is a Filipinx-American writer and actor living in the Bronx. They are currently enjoying a two-year leave of absence from college. In the intervening time, they have become a barista in the Riverdale neighborhood and gained a deep love for retail coffee. When not at work, they are building community with other queer people of color around New York City and reading all kinds of literature. They are delighted to be a part of Gaggle.
XIXUAN "OLIVIA" XING
New York Based Actor and stand-up comedian. A proud Mawrter from the alma mater of both Katharine Hepburn and Mrs. Maisel and a CalArtian to-be. A veteran comparatist in French and Chinese who still enjoy decoding and overanalyzing. Operations Assistant at Ping Chong & Co. An ENFP.
