The Black Athlete Sister Circle
Description: The Black Athlete Sister Circle is a movement designed by Tomika Ferguson to empower Black women athletes. BASC provides a tailored experience for Black women college athletes through several key themes: athlete identity, campus climate, and mentorship. BASC has active chapters in Virginia, Maryland, and Kentucky.

Crisis Lines
BlackLine
Description: Offers peer support, counseling, and affirms the lived experiences of folks who are the most impacted by systemic oppression. As a LGBTQ+ and Black Femme lens. The purpose of the BlackLine is also to provide people with an anonymous and confidential avenue to report negative, physical, and inappropriate contact with police and vigilantes. They include vigilante contact because of what can happen to folks in rural and suburban communities at the hands of local community members. BlackLine can gather needed information to share with local community organizers and officials to create the most effective response to police and/or vigilante contact.

Men to Heal
Description: The Men to Heal initiative encourages men to pay more attention to their overall wellness, and emotional, mental, and physical health, to communicate effectively, and to increase their knowledge of self. The founder of Men to Heal, James Harris also runs a community wellness center the Healing Hub. The Healing Hub provides outpatient therapy, yoga, mindfulness, massage, reiki, and financial resources to residents in Richmond, Virginia.
