Pages A & B are general intro re religion and science and the theory of evolution and big bang
PA: 2 main sections
i) Both the physcal universe and the torah are from the same source, God, and so shouldn't be a contradiciton, so I want to resolve the contradictons between scinetific evoltionary and big bang theory and breishis.
ii) Second section is largely illegible.
....
Page B: partially legible: two short pargraphs:
1st paragraph: partially-legible
if universe emerged randomly and all develops randomly, can;t be purpose etc..
Making distinction between facts and interpretations.
2nd paragaph: less legible:
...
p1-4 is re breishis and evo
p1: two paragraphs:
i) The creation and Eden accounts contradict teach other. I list the main contradicitons.
ii) So one needs to be flexible about one or both, I say the Eden account seems more mashal-like, less 'natural', less like the univers we inhabit, so we'll interpret it allegorically.
...
p2: one pararaph:
A purposive universe requires a fw'ed being which requires special design of the big bang. The reasonable method of creation is to start from the desired being's specs and then produce the appropriate big bang leading to that.
....
p3: 3 paragraphs
i) back-extrapolation for the design of the fw'ed being produces the design of the big bang
ii) from the big bang forward, whatever happens untl the emergenc eof the fw'ed being has no purpose
iii) just as God can extrapolate back from being to big bang, so to God can extapolate forward from that big bang design to the point of the emergenc eof the fw'ed being (just tha tnow it is a complete self-consistent bb-emergent universe)
....
p4: 5 paragraphs
i) can do a fast-forward instead of an extrapolation
ii) do this ff only up to the emergence of the fw'ed being
iii) Breishis describes this exactly, 1st story i general (blueprint or actua creation), Eden story is of emergenc eof fw'ed being
iv) the wording "beyom asos" implies it happend on that day, ie on the day the fw'ed beign emerged, the universe emerged
v) so there's no conflict. See more explanation in my book.
