We’re disappointed to share that our 2026 event will unfortunately not be going ahead due to insufficient interest to make the event viable. We had high hopes for 2026, especially after the fantastic level of interest shown by members during our exhibit at Gilwell Reunion 2025.

Lewis is in charge of planning, coordinating, and running the event. He’s the main point of contact and makes sure everything goes smoothly.

Harry makes sure the event sticks to all the rules and guidelines, especially when it comes to safety.
Holly
Holly’s all about making the event inclusive and welcoming for everyone. She makes sure everyone feels respected and supported, no matter their background.
