CHILDCARE AND FAMILY SUPPORT

Power Of Dance - Immigrant and Refugee Youth Program

Working with a team of professional artists from diverse backgrounds, youth who are new to Canada have the opportunity to explore dance. The workshops provide a nurturing and supportive entryway into using the performing arts as a means of self-expression and assist in developing life skills and knowledge of their new Canadian homeland. Join a free movement class and learn contemporary and hip-hop dance from cool dance teachers. They can dance for fun, learn how to express themselves in a safe environment, be creative, meet and share with new friends.

No experience necessary! Basic English is required.
