Why do I always end up in the waitlist?
We use random.org/list to create a randomly generated list from the input list, i.e., all registered students. For instance, if we have an event that is restricted to 25 slots, the first 25 random registrations from the list will be given a slot, and the rest will be on the waitlist. If there is an available slot, registrations from 26th onwards will be informed. This way, everyone will have a fair chance of joining.

There's no fee for current New York Tech students. Since a portion of your fees counts towards student life activities.
