Configuring Apple Devices from FAMIS
Devices need to be released from DoE Apple School Manager and added to your school's Apple School Manager before they can be configured by your MDM.
First, contact dmt@schools.nyc.gov. In your email, include:
Your school's name
Your school's location code
An attached sheet of serial numbers you need released
After confirmation of release, wipe the devices and use Apple Configurator to add the devices to your school's Apple School Manager.
