Being ABDL 

Adult Baby and Diaper Lover, often abbreviated to ABDL, is a group of people who enjoy roleplaying as infants or toddlers. This can involve wearing diapers, drinking from baby bottles, and engaging in other activities that simulate being a young child. Some people who identify as ABDL do so because they enjoy DL, which is a term used to describe adults who enjoy wearing diapers and behaving like babies. For some people, this involves complete role-playing, while others may simply enjoy the feel of diapers and the associated humiliation and submission.
