HOST CONSORTIUM: Central Minnesota ABE: Hillside Adult Ed, Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools
INSTRUCTOR: Kali Pelham, MA TESL, ABE/ESL instructor in Sauk Rapids, and Bethany Tollefson, DNP, RN (Doctor of Nursing Practice, Registered Nurse for CentraCare).
CREDITS: 4 Minnesota State credits through St. Cloud Technical & Community College. No cost to the student for the college credit.
DATES: Ongoing; 90 hours over a period of 15 weeks to complete, but students work at their own pace. New session begins Sept 15th.
DAY/TIME: Asynchronous online course available at any time
CUT SCORE: CASAS GOALS Level C or D score of 228+ or TABE Level D score of 536+.
READING: 6th grade reading level
PREREQUISITE: must have computer, not a tablet
DELIVERY PLATFORM: Asynchronous on a Schoology platform & one to one Zoom conferences
