Student iPad Collection

All students will turn in their iPad.  No one has permission to keep their iPad.  It does not matter if they are taking summer school at NW, online, etc. 

Students will keep their chargers for use next year. 

Have each student remove their passcode.

Please use your class list and place check marks if the iPad is turned in.

Please check each iPad for cracked screens.  You do not need to remove from case.  If damaged, please add their name to the "Damaged" section on the red sheet provided. (see below).  You do not need to check for case damage.

Please have students power down the iPad.

Put iPads in alphabetical order!

Please put the class lists back in the box.

Please keep boxes with iPads locked in your room, possibly even overnight.

**HS** Please send assistants back to study hall to turn in their iPads.
