As we take steps to better see our systems and transform our learning and listening into action, we do so mindfully and through the process of co-design.  Through co-design we include the voices, experiences, and expertise of the individuals and groups we are hoping to create improved outcomes for (or rather, with).  

Co-designing extends beyond initial surveys, empathy listening, and reviewing feedback.  It invites stakeholders into the decision making processes to help bring forward meaningful change.
