Introduction
Sydney's public transport is one of the most efficient systems in the world. The widespread routes of bus services, the high-speeding Metro, and the interconnectivity of trains. Despite its merits, it does possess numerous social and ethical drawbacks. For instance, buses are great and all, but isn't it quite infuriating when your bus is 10 minutes late? Or how about when your bus is so full that you can't even get on it? The Hills District is rapidly growing, from housing and infrastructure to population influxes.
The Problem
In Western Sydney, the locals of the Hills District rely on public transport for numerous purposes, including travelling to work, school, events, amenities, shops, et cetera. As stated previously, they encounter numerous ethical and social issues that hinder the efficiency of Sydney's transport from accessibility to poor scheduling which can be improved and encourage commuting publicly. Experiences can change at any moment, with positive and negative experiences. Is it reliable? How can it be improved?
