Kathryn Otoshi is a cat lover, an award winning author, and illustrator. She has always wanted to do a children's picture book based on her own Japanese heritage.

Summary

One is about a color named Blue and a color named Red. Blue is a quiet color. Red is a hot head who picks on Blue. Things get out of hand until One comes along and stands up to red.
