This half-year course is offered in conjunction with SUNY Broome and will introduce students to the creation of sculptures as an artistic expression. Students will work in a variety of mediums as they study various artists from the past and learn from their art works.  Students will focus on conceptual ideas and make them into three-dimensional works of art.  Written evaluations and studies of other artist’s sculptural work from history and contemporary sculpture are a part of this course.
