Painting I is a concurrent enrollment class offered in conjunction with Tompkins-Cortland Community College and involves water based media projects in acrylic and watercolor.  Emphasis will be placed on merging traditional and contemporary painting theories, styles, and techniques.  Included in this course will be an in-depth look at composition, color theory, and art history.
