Letters of Recommendation

Make sure to print the "Request for Letters of Recommendation" form BEFORE asking an adult for a letter of recommendation. It is also a good idea to attach a resume.

Remember: the more information, especially specific information, you provide for your recommender, the better and more effective your letter of recommendation will be!
