Basic Composition

This project really taught me that I don't have a lot of time to not work on the project. Despite there being a lot of objects are scenes to take pictures of at school, there really isn't a lot that could fit into the basic composition. Which is making me wonder if I should borrow a camera after school one day so I can get more pictures.

Starting from the sides, the trees make the focus towards the middle of the picture. The doors are part of the main focus, and your eyes are drawn to it, and are place in the bottom third.

What I really like about this picture is that all the people take up the middle half of the picture and create their own straight line with their heads. Also, the top and bottom aren't distracting so your eyes are drawn to the middle.

This picture has a unique texture around the words that make everything around it seems blurry, which makes the words pop out. The words themselves are the focal point of the picture, while the rail shows the picture isn't crooked.

Honorable Mention: This picture has a great composition making your eyes draw towards the outside despite the bushes and trees trying to distract you from the group of people.
