General Requirements

Exploratory Work Experience: Students who currently have a job and work an 

average of 10 hours per week for a minimum of 180 hours per semester may 

enroll in the Exploratory Work Experience Program.  This course is repeatable.

OR

Cooperative Work Experience: Students, who currently have a job and work an 

average of 5 hours per week for a minimum of 60 hours per semester AND 

are enrolled in a CTE class related to their job my be enrolled in the Cooperative 

Work Experience Program. This requires additional paperwork and your employer 

must go through the CCSD background check process to be an official Work Based Learning

partner. Please see Ms. Rolen for appropriate paperwork if you wish to proceed with this option.

This should be submitted each time you get paid until you reach the total number of hours required for credit.
